Bellelli Child Bike Seat is rated out of 5 by 236.Rated 5 out of 5 by Yrangcrafts from Easy to install Light weight, good value. I just don’t like it when my daughter fells asleep.Date published: 2018-04-18Rated 4 out of 5 by Mikeyboy123456789 from Good value but does not fit all bikes A good product at a bargain price; but be aware that it does not fit bikes which have a welded cable fitting on the back vertical frame (under the saddle). We eventually got it to fit on our third choice bike.Date published: 2017-04-22Rated 5 out of 5 by Piptothepop from Great bike seat easy to use. Daughter loves it only had to upgrade due to getting new bike that has 27.5inch wheels and bolt kept catching tyre when going over slight bumps in the pathDate published: 2017-04-08Rated 3 out of 5 by DARREN31 from Excellent value and fit It's £25! Don't know what people are expecting really... It's easy to assemble, easy to fit and would say it's comfy enough for short trips, Could always add some padding if required. It does sit a bit forward but a quick trip to the shed and leverage in the vice soon sorted that out changing the angles of the bar made it sit perfect! It all depends on your seat tube angle as to how level/tilted it is on the bike. Why pay more?Date published: 2017-03-04Rated 4 out of 5 by Kaylie23 from Good for the price, could be more comfortable This doesn't come in a box, we collected after reserving and realised on the way out of the shop it was badly scratched - easily done due to the relatively cheap plastic material and no box. Took back and swapped for a better condition one which still wasn't perfect but doesn't bother us for the price. The seat was quite easy to fit, comes with a bracket to attach to your bike and then you slip the seat on. It would NOT work with a bike with rear suspension, this is mentioned in the description so not a surprise. If I wanted to use this very often I'd pay extra and get a more comfortable looking one, this is a very upright seat, my 14 month toddler doesn't seem to mind it though. The straps and foot holders are fine, not had any problems. Over all it's good value for money, especially if you get it when Halfords are having a sale. If your child doesn't like being bolt up right I would go for one of the slightly reclining seats instead.Date published: 2016-12-17Rated 3 out of 5 by 0nyerbike from Tricky to fit and can catch rider's feet Great value. However I found it very hard to fit to my GT Mountain Bike, and I consider myself to have good tool skills. In the end my compromise was that it's such a tight fit around the seat stays that the quick release design is not useable. So I'll be leaving the seat on permanently. A point to note: On my bike the cable for the front derailleur runs up the back of the seat post tube, the exact place where the mount goes. It fouls the cable a little in my case. When pedalling the backs of my heels can catch on the foot wells of the seat unless I keep my (size 8) feet forward/ centred. This may improve as my child grows and the foot well positions lower. You kind of get what you pay for. But I suspect some of the issues highlighted will come up with the other seats as they're all very similar.Date published: 2016-09-18Rated 4 out of 5 by Danny38 from Good value bike seat Pleased with the product so far, only issue was fitting the bracket to the frame, this was long winding as you have to use an allen key and a spanner as well as trying to hold it in place, all at the same time!! I fitted this to the highest point possible on my frame, because the screw that holds the bar onto the seat was scraping on the tyre when going over bumps, so I put the screw in from underneath, this solved the problem. Seat is sturdy enough, although it will move if going down kerbs or cycling on rough grounds.Date published: 2016-08-14Rated 5 out of 5 by DARULUS from good and cheap Very cheap and I can not say anything bad about it.Date published: 2016-08-10
