Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 83 reviewers.Rated 5 out of 5 by willber Read me if you want a true honest review of this bike Good points ...... fast verry light good looking great forks and tyres Bad points ........ lockout can jam and chain is verry bad quality I had this bike for 2 weeks and it is brilliant but not all good points on the second ride the chain snapped clean and the lockout jammed but I fixed them both and now the bike is amazing I highly recommend get the bike !!!! 25 December 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by Lock20 Great bike Excellent value for money. Easy to build up after purchase. The only problem so far I have had with this bike is the front brake disc squeaking but manage to stop that. Love the bike and how well it rides. 07 February 2016Rated 4 out of 5 by CWhite1982 Good value overall I've had this bike now for around 7 months. After 4 months it developed a creaking sound coming from the crankset which progressively got worse so I took it back to the store I purchased it from and they diagnosed it as being the Bottom Bracket, which apparently isn't covered under the warranty as moving parts aren't covered! This a bike for god sake not a garden gnome! Most things are moving parts aren't they? Anyway I told them not to bother and I ended up paying for and fitting a shimano deore hollowtech crankset so that will hopefully last a little longer than 4 months! Other than that the only thing is the brake cables rub against the frame which has worn the paint through to the frame. Overall I like the bike and I would recommend it however I would change the bottom bracket asap. Main let down for me was the customer service. 30 November 2015Rated 4 out of 5 by Atk61 Great fun Great fun for a 55 year old new to cycling! Good entry level bike although not had for long enough to say much more! 13 January 2016Rated 2 out of 5 by Stingray77 Don't be fooled by good looks I weigh 9 stone, am 38 years old and take more care of my bike than I do of myself. I ride about 50 fun miles a week on local trails, never push too hard as I don't wish to hurt me or the bike, clean the bike in the bath and lube it after each use. I chose the bike as it looks nice, I love white. I like that it has wider bars, hydraulic disc brakes,120mm drop air forks with lock out & reverb adjustment, SRAM & FSA gearing and 27.5/650b wheels. In my eyes and brain, the components and price made it a winner. Hence the two stars. After getting used to a hardtail after riding a full susser I was impressed with the feel and performance, then it started not being so great, so after 5 weeks or ownership I took it in for it's FREE 6 week service... Where is came back dirtier than when I left it. The KMC chain quickly decided it likes to jump off when selcting the 3rd front cog and doesn't enjoy being on the selcted cogs on the rear. It needs replacing allegedly as after 4 weeks of light use is streched too much. What a joke! The service hasn't rectified that issue. The rear hub after 4 weeks of light use exploded whilst cycling downhill on tarmac. The whole rear wheel was replaced free of charge with a new dirtier one from a display model in store. The headset now grinds after 4 weeks of light use. I'm now just about scared to ride it thinking the same thing will happen again or something else will fail. It's rediculous to think these faults would appear after such a short space ot time with the way the bike is loved and ridden. So, no, I won't be recommending this bike. It's worth noting that a friend has the carbon model which costs more than double and has the same hub which also exploded after a couple of weeks of use. Thse hubs are Shimano allegedly, though there is no sign of the Shimano name anywhere on or in the hub. If you're thinking of riding from Lands End to John O'Groats, don't buy this bike, unless you also enjoy walking. 24 November 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by MichaelD95 Fantastic bike for the value! This bike offers high end quality components, held together by light triple butted alloy frame, supported by a 120mm travel lock-out air fork. The bike is fantastic for long journeys on flat surfaces, and even better off road, the air suspension lets you customise the amount of air supporting your given weight, making it fantastic for trails and most terrains in general. 04 January 2016Rated 4 out of 5 by Rd57chad Good quality components for reasonable money Had this bike a month been out every Sunday on some rather challenging rides . It has taken everything thrown at it and is well behaved and a joy to ride . It does have a couple of faults front suspension won't lock out and I can't achieve the recommended 'sag' setting I have varied pressure between 80 & 120 psi but no joy. The manual is on cd rather than paper which isn't helpful when you only have an iPad ( thus no cd- rom drive !) I suspect the branch at Leigh haven't set it up correctly . All things considered a nice starter bike at a good price let down by poor customer service . Chosen extra's were not fitted to bike even though staff promised they would be installed before collection :-( 08 November 2015Rated 3 out of 5 by Zed123 OK - Good Bike is good, however suspension feels a little stiff and rear derailleur not set up properly (keeps slipping/ jamming on uphill) , but apart from that, a good bike 21 December 2015
