Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.Rated 3 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer Apollo Contour Good bike, my 12 year old daughter rides on it. However, I bought a folding bike for my younger girl as well. The other bicycle seems to have better clicks that lock the frame. It is impossible to do it half way so no risk it unfolds itself - in contrast to Apollo Contour. Also, the Apollo came faulty from the shop. We noticed that after few days. When turn into the first gear the chain comes off. The sprocket wheels do not seem to be in straight line. I will take it to the repair at the end of the season. Don't want to spend last two weeks of summer holidays without it... 17 August 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by Runningbuddha Amazing bike, such good value! I absolutely love my new bike, couldn't be happier. It's such good value for the spec compared to other bikes, and lighter than a lot of its comparators. So easy to fold and unfold (because of the larger wheels isn't super small folded, but still small enough to store in a corridor or fit in a car boot), excellent quality. And received absolutely amazing bike build service from my local store. Thank you so much Halfords! 16 June 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by Sonydude Happy customer Great for leisure and traveling. It's a bit heavy for me and isn't as small as I thought when folded but I'm happy with the bike overall! 14 June 2016Rated 4 out of 5 by OldBloke55 Exceptional value Seems like a well constructed bike (based on about 50 miles of cycling). Easy to fold down and make up - better quality clamps than previous folders I had. Good, comfy seat and riding position. Still bemused by the odd pedals! 13 June 2016Rated 4 out of 5 by LapM Good for short commutes I have been using this most days now for the past 3 weeks. It is a bit heavier than the more expensive folding bikes and the mechanism is a bit more fiddly. Folding takes a few goes to get use to and the pedals can get in the way. I would recommend buying new fold up pedals nearly immediately. I bought a pair for less than 10 pounds on another reputable shopping site. Other than that the brake levers are a bit plastic and cheap but are holding up okay but I may replace them as well at some point. The main advantages are that it's cheap, especially if you can find a voucher code and get cash back from a cash-back site. The gears are good although you may need to fiddle with it to get to either 1st or 7th (personally I think 7th is more important). Not one for train commuters I'd say unless you plan on not pushing it when folded and any more than 3 miles will be a little tiring on this. Also the noodle when braking which was somewhat scary as I was entering a main road however the other real advantage over buying off the internet is that you can take this to your local Halfords if it breaks within guarantee which is what I did and it was fixed on the spot. I bought a muddyfox off the net and it was DOA and was a right pain to send back as you can imagine. All in all cheap and cheerful, probably won't last a lifetime but is good for short journeys and people needing a fold-up on a budget. 06 June 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by strongy28 Great product! at a great price Got this bike for my self for traveling to work and short distances and i must say it is a great bike to ride it is somewhat light pretty easy to unfold and fold when riding and putting away saves abit of space in my shed would recomend it to anyone 04 June 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by O4bs Good looker Does what it says on the web.
