13 Implicit Alpha Hybrid Bike 2015 is rated out of 5 by 24.Rated 5 out of 5 by IanC55 from 13 Implicit Alpha - Great Bike I've had the bike now for a month. I understand that Halfords have dropped the range, which is a shame as this is a winner. It is light, fast, responsive and comfortable. The spec matches higher priced bikes. There's scope to upgrade equipment, as and when if that's your thing. If you see one in the store, don't hesitate as this has to be a bargain.Date published: 2016-11-06Rated 5 out of 5 by Bailers from 13 implicit bike Wanted a road bike but not with the drop bars and spotted this in one of the shops, looked good with all the running gear and graphics. The breaks are brilliant with no fade, all in all a cracking bike for the money and worth every penny ☺Date published: 2016-08-30Rated 4 out of 5 by Nellyt from 13 Implicit Alpha Hybrid Bike 2015 -48cm good service .SHAME BIKE 20% OFF WEEK LATER .Good bikeDate published: 2016-07-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Matt1972A from Brilliant bike for the money I've been running this bike now for 4wks, 18ml commute a day, I have to be honest, this is a great bike, its less than £400 and runs not far from the £1,000 bike I have, so I'd highly recommend this bike if you want something to commute with. Its comfy, sturdy, gears change well - this is a good bike for the money. Ps. You can remove the stickers from the wheels to "tone it down" a little :-)Date published: 2016-07-14Rated 4 out of 5 by Sinisterandy from Great bike, good value I have had this bike about a month now, I use it for the 6 mile ride to work along the canal towpath which has a mixed surface of dirt track, cinder path and paved / tarmac sections. The bike handles all the different surfaces pretty well, the gears are smooth with good well spaced ratios and the brakes are powerful enough to stop you when necessary. The standard tyres are very road biased so I have swapped them for some wider Swalbe Land Cruisers which are more all terrain and better suited to my needs, but if you only ride on the road then the OEM's are more than capable. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone who wants to commute to work or ride for pleasure. The bike is light, well specced, and in my opinion value for money.Date published: 2016-06-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Maddog87 from Best bike i had in a long time How to bike for 10 months now and it is perfect nothing has gone wrong with the bike i would recommend this bike to anyone who once a good hybridDate published: 2015-11-19Rated 1 out of 5 by Maliman from I WANT TO RETURN I am extremely disappointed with the performance and quality of this bike. Changing gear mechanism doesn't work properly. The chain always touches something and touching sound in your ear all the times and also I been Chiswick shop 3 times and been advised not to use some of chain combination instead of tuning them which doesn't look working or not lasting effect has. Also quick release mechanism for back weel doesn't look safe twice come of out of my wishes. Front shift lever indicator show 3 de-railer combination but bike has only 2 combination and it's confusing also seems they use what ever available to build a bike !... That's bike looks cheep and I don't genuinely think worth that many what I paid !..Date published: 2015-09-20Rated 4 out of 5 by EMCE from Good budget bike for beginners I have now clocked up 500 miles on my 13 and I am very pleased with it so far. Very nice to ride and I usually do 30+ mile rides on it. I have made a couple of upgrades like uprated rear derailer and swapped the standard 28mm tyres for 25mm tyres, also new pedals (clipless) and aerobars. The brakes are good but not the best hydraulic system I've used, but all in all a very capable bike for road use and ideal if you don't want to go all in with dropped bars ect.Date published: 2015-08-30
