Rated 5 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.Rated 5 out of 5 by Nation1075 Excellent. This bike come equipped with everything that you'd expect a top end model to come with, but comes at a far more reasonable price. Fantastic, I can't recommend it enough. 10 July 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by Indy2 Great bike, great service. Only had the bike for two weeks, and as soon as i picked it up from the Cork store it was turning heads. Once home the next day took it for a short run along a local green road, (muddy farm track). The track was full of waterfilled pot holes that the front forks dealt with without a flinch. It was only when a tractor forced me wide to the verges of a steep incline that the bike showed me what it could do. After a lot of rain the verges had become little more than mud filled sponges and where once you could rely on them for some handy banking to help around corners, they just gave way. The tires copped admirably and were able to find grip and see me safety round the bend, where a lesser set up would of seen me flat on my face in the mud. The brakes were excellent even though not fully bedded in yet and the Spram gear change is faultless. A truly great bike for the price with excellent service from the Cork Halfords team. 08 March 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by crasser First MTB Had a couple of outings now and I am really impressed by this bike, smooth handling and easy of ease through the gears. Was advised by local technician and he was spot on. Looking forward to many more outings with friends. Great parts on this bike that impressed seasoned riders when I turned up for the first ride, they had never really looked at 13 before but may well do in the future. 31 January 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by Skgrg This bike is awesome Best MTB ever. Suspension is great perfectly balanced. It look really great. Most of all fun to ride. 27 December 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by john125 13 incline mtb It is a top bike, very light and the 27.5 wheels hold the pace well. It is a top upgrade from my voodoo. The only thing i will change is the pedals as they feel a little small 26 December 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by MAF1979 13 Incline Gamma 27.5" Mountain Bike 2015 Awesome mountain bike and great customer service from the Chatham branch. Very refreshering to see staff know what they are talking about and have a passion for doing there job. I'm hoping after sales service is as good 29 July 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer Pleasantly surprised Buying a bike through cycle to work scheme I had trouble finding a bike I liked in a small as all the models are about to change and I wanted a small. Eventually with a lot of help from the halfords helpline I settled on a Halfirds make, which I hadn't wanted to do, and chose a Gamma 13. Bike was ordered to my local store, altrincham, I picked it up, and made the mistake of not trying the size as I was well within the guide height. Big mistake for some reason the bike was far too big, it's a very new range, and there are possibly some teething issues? I took it straight back to the store, where what could have been a nightmare, as all the cycle to work paperwork had been done, was very easily sorted out by the wonderful team there. The customer service was excellent and I managed to change my bike for a Boardman Pro SL 29 for the same price, bikes fabulous! The team at Altrincham really changed my view of Halfords and I would now recommend the store to anyone. Customer service from helpline also very good, even emailed me a list of available bikes in small. 20 June 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by Sparky2464 A great bike. My thought of going into Halfords to buy a bike was the last thing on this earth i'd do BUT, the look and spec of the new 13 really drew me in. From the start ,Tom, in my local store (Thanet) was so passionate about the bike it really got me exited........so i ordered one. Within a few days it was ready for me to ride away.....but the staff wouldnt let me untill EVERYTHING was adjusted to perfection, so, my Halfords snobbery had gone. From start to finish i was treated as if i was the only customer there. And as for the bike, wow, what a fantastic piece of kit. If you put another £1000 on top of the price it would still be worth every penny..... would i buy from Halfords again....... too right i would. 12 April 20151-8 of 8
