ReviewsApollo Feud Mens Mountain Bike 98 98Apollo Feud Mens Mountain Bike The sale price of this item was fantastic and meant that I could afford to buy my growing son the right size bike brand new. 16 December 2014Apollo Feud Having just spent an hour putting the bike together the only fault I have is that there was no spanner supplied to attach the peddle's,Luck'ly I have a good tool-box so managed that one myself with no problem.Being 5ft 10in I bought the 20 inch frame However I have to have the saddle lowest position possible to ride the bike so adding light's was awkward so I attached these using the allen key screws below the saddle to fix them onto the frame.Overall I wish I'd bought a 21 speed as it has more advantage but for the price I cannot fault the Feud. 04 December 2014Apollo mountain bike This is a good bike & well worth the money. Good value. I bought the 20" frame and it is huge, much bigger than bikes with bigger frames. I suggest a measure before purchase. 24 November 2014Average For the price I paid I would have preferred something more stable. The brakes aren't good for slowing down from a fast pace. I've only had the bike for a couple weeks and it makes some weird sounds whilst riding sometimes. It's also a nightmare to go up any road which is slightly uphill. 17 November 2014Great value bike for my son :) Very good Bike for the money, well made, Nice colour my son will love it. 16 November 2014excellent quality bike A must have bike for adults. Extremely agile, comfy and stylish. The ride is very smooth and built in with high specs. Would definitely recommend. 15 November 2014Nice for the kids Great Bike, good service sizing difficult on the internet 09 November 2014Falling to bits. Was great for riding home from Halfords on the day I bought it. Although those brakes were LOUD. No, LOUDER THAN THAT. Took it back to the store and was told that the brakes had baked in the box so the rubber had deteriorated. A known issue apparently (I'll mention here the top speed I got out the bike was 32 MPH). They didn't have anyone to fit the brakes but luckily the service guy saw sense and supplied me with new pads that I fitted myself. Problem 1 solved. Problem 2, I noticed that my crank in the middle of the bike was loose and the bearings were grinding. I took it to the store to include the repair in my free service. I was told that the bearings had rusted and collapsed. They fitted new ones with no charge. The bike is about to go back. The deraileur now no longer stays.."tuned" its different every time I ride and the crank has gone AGAIN. I know its a cheap bike. But for crying out loud it needs to be better than this. 06 November 2014
