Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of bike for the price I'm very happy with this bike. As it is delivered, you need to be in to receive the parcel (mine arrived early and without warning, but that worked well for me) and understand how to set up a bike (fitting handle bar to stem, adjusting gear cables and fitting the bike to you), but the key tools are included. The highlight of the bike is the Claris gear set, which is a grade above any other bike in this price range. It's working well for me so far, although the real test is how long that lasts. My front derailleur wasn't attached in quite the right position and had been clamped hard enough to mark the paint. The frame and wheels are good but pretty standard. My wheels needed a little truing and this was probably the lowest quality part of the bike, although they weren't that bad. I'm using this as my commuter bike and it's now winter so I immediately switched the tyres for a set of 622-28, but I liked the use of reputable tyres. The provided inner-tubes say they will fit up to a 622-32, which is handy. The specification didn't say anything about the front fork's construction, so I presumed it would be aluminium alloy like the frame, but it doesn't ring like metal so I think it might be carbon fibre! Includes toe-clip pedals, reflectors and a bell. The bar tape is well wound but the end tape isn't very neat. All-in-all a great buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Road Bike Pro's: - Very comfortable - Looks a lot better in person than it does in pictures. - Quite light, can easily be picked up with 3 fingers by the average person. - Cycling up hills is a breeze. - Value is great, £250 for this bike is insane. Cons: - Non so far, I've only had the bike for about a week, but it's been faultless and will probably remain that way for a while. Cons for all road bikes: if the road has even a tiny bump, it's an absolutely nightmare for road bikes. The tyres feel like they will puncture or the wheels will break, I used to cycle on a mountain bike before so maybe I got too used to cycling wrecklessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great entry level bike. This is a very good entry level road bike. Shimano drive train very good. The price is very good for the quality. Purchased this bike to ride here in the UK when I visit family. Excellent bike.
