Overall this product is good however the countersunk hexagon bolts tended to round off under torque maybe stainless steel bolts would be better. I had to buy 2 to replace a bolt that rounded off.Date published: 2015-04-28Rated 5 out of 5 by Spartakist from It's an anchor. It anchors things Can't fault it, for what it does. You will need a 16mm masonry bit though.Date published: 2015-02-03Rated 3 out of 5 by Gerald11 from Bolts The bolts fell apart and new fixtures were needed at extra cost. The unit it's self is good.Date published: 2014-10-27Rated 4 out of 5 by Steve70 from Oxford Brute Force Anchor A simple and effective device at a very reasonable price. I would recommend using quite a thick chain to pass through it and lock the bike with so that the bolt heads are not easily accessible when in use. I chose to fix it to a concrete garage floor but a brick wall would be just as suitable, you do need to drill quite large holes for the fixings, 16mm diameter if I remember correctly, so make sure you have a large masonry drill bit.Date published: 2014-09-25Rated 4 out of 5 by TSMusic from Does the Job Anchor was easy to fit - but don't drop the ball bearings, or have a magnet to retrieve them! Seems very firm, and very hard to remove too!Date published: 2014-08-25Rated 5 out of 5 by ChainGang from Solid Lots of insurance companies require pushbikes to be locked to an anchor even when in a garage now - this does the trick perfectly.Date published: 2013-11-27
