Rated 4 out of 5 by 30 reviewers.Rated 5 out of 5 by Marty12345 No fuss no mess Good old fashioned brush on paint. No messing about with masking off or any messy over spray. Does the job. I have used before and would use again. 11 November 2016Rated 1 out of 5 by STU175 product is useless do not buy ok so firstly it takes 4 coats to get a decent finish.... the paint is really thin so makes it hard not to get drips..... it takes ages to harden completely........ oh and get one drip of brake fluid on it and the paint bubbles and comes off??? who designs caliper paint that isnt brakes fluid resistant???????? annoyed ive completeley wasted my time and all needs redoing incurring more expense AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT BUY 18 May 2016Rated 5 out of 5 by Chudd4 Little tin that goes a long way Bit sceptical when buying this due to a review on here ! After prepping the callipers and applying 3 coats the result is very good plenty of pigment in the paint . Four callipers painted and still half a tin left . Cheaper than other motor factors product on the shelf . Recommended 23 April 2016Rated 1 out of 5 by Mark3518 DON´ T BUY !!! Worst brake caliper paint what I ever used! Don´t cover sharper edges - just leaked down. Painted 5 coats and still need more! Paint is very easy to scratch after hardening. Very disappointed. 23 April 2016Rated 1 out of 5 by SPG1964 Absolute rubbish - avoid!! I have followed the instructions to the letter and the finished results is absolutely terrible. The paint starts off very runny and with very poor colour coverage and hence you need at least 4 coats to get an even finish. Every time you re-coat, the previous coat dissolves and lift up no matter how long you leave between coats. With subsequent coats its like painting with treacle. I really wish I hadn't bothered... My advice is to look elsewhere for a better product. 24 March 2016Rated 1 out of 5 by SP89 Good job gone bad I followed the instructions on tin to the letter using every product listed and completed all prep comprehensively. Painted 4 coats following instructions and looked really nice when dried left for 24hours as instructed. Couple days on noticed driving around paint is creating what I can only describe aa fray marks etc. and now looks completely although looks like will be left with no alternative but to strip and start again with a better product. 29 October 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike2611 Would highly recommend I painted my Calipers today with the Halfords red Caliper paint and I'm very impressed. It was quick drying so managed to get all 4 calipers done today, has a nice red finish. I done 4 coats and they look amazing. I also used the Halfords Caliper wipes and Halfords brake cleaner 19 September 2015Rated 5 out of 5 by YP75 Red Caliper paint I was a bit sceptical about buying this as the reviews seemed a bit hit and miss but I bit the bullet and bought it anyway, and I'm glad I did. Although a bit on the runny side, the paint applied well on the brake drums on the back and looked ok with 2 coats. As there was plenty of paint a 3rd coat was applied and they look great and there is still enough to do the calipers on the front. 17 August 2015
