We can install a brand new car stereo into over 95% of current UK cars as part of our professional car stereo fitting service.
Our experienced staff can even replace factory-fitted car stereos with any of our current range of after-market stereos. We will use accessories such as replacement facia plates to ensure that your car looks as good as it did before the fit took place, only now it will have a better stereo!

How Much Does Car Audio Fitting Cost?
Halfords fitters can professionally install a new car stereo, DAB car radio, in-dash DVD player, car speakers, subwoofers, or amplifier into your vehicle from £29.99*. To book a fitting, contact your local store.
Our after-market stereos fit over 95% of current UK cars. However, to ensure that the fit is carried out correctly, accessories such as a fascia plate or a wiring harness may be required for some vehicles, at an additional cost.
You can find out if these are required when you add your audio unit to your basket, or you can contact your local store for more help and information.
We provide complete peace of mind by offering a 12 month guarantee on all our fits. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, you can take your vehicle into any one of our nationwide stores where one of our fitters can provide assistance.
*Bluetooth hands-free kit fitting is £49.99. In a small number of cases, some stereo fits might take over an hour. These may be considered to be a difficult fit and charged at £49.99. This will be at the discretion of the store manager. Please contact your local store for details.

We will even provide free set-up for your new DVD player, making sure that everything works as it should to keep your passengers entertained, however long the journey.
