During that time we have supplied cycles and cycling accessories to more than one million customers all over Europe from our base in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. With an available range of over 30,000 products we have built up an enviable record for providing massive customer choice along with the best possible prices and excellent and friendly customer service. We offer a huge selection of bikes from kids' first bikes up to high-end carbon fibre specials from some of the most respected brands around including Raleigh, Viking, Barracuda and Dawes. In addition we have a warehouse stocked with tens of thousands of cycling accessories including clothes, maintenance equipment, protective gear, lights, tyres and all components. With brands such as Acor, BBB, Raleigh, Black Widow, Dexshell, Lusso, Clarks, Beto, Adie, Suntour, Shimano, SRAM, Funkier and Schwalbe as well as scores of others we are able to equip all cyclists from the fair-weather leisure rider to the long-distance commuter or professional road rider with everything they need. We take great pride in our being able to provide a prompt dispatch of all orders along with our ability to offer excellent free advice from our technically trained staff. Change your mind? That's no problem. Just return in its original unused condition within 14 days for a refund. We are unable to accept unwanted Bikes back which have been built or assembled. Charges for returns You are required to return the item to us at your expense for change of mind returns. Standard items can be returned by Royal Mail. Large Items or Bikes via courier between £15 - £30 Returns guidelines If you change your mind about an item, please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage. Please contact our customer service team prior to returning an item. You will be provided clear instructions which will help ensure smooth processing of the return. We recommend that if items are returned to us via Royal Mail that, at the very least, their free 'Proof of Postage' should be requested at the time of posting. Is your purchase faulty or damaged? We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 14 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 14 days, we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
