Applies only where Subscriber agrees to take out Subscription Services in circumstances in which the distance selling provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply. If Subscriber decides that he or she does not want the agreed Subscription Services, they may cancel their subscription at any time within 14 (fourteen days) days of the Commencement Date (the ?Cooling Off Period?). To cancel a subscription, Subscriber must send TRACKER written notice of their wish to cancel same to TRACKER?s registered address set out at the head of these Terms and marked for the attention of ?Operations Manager?. TRACKER may in such circumstances in its sole discretion charge a reasonable administration fee for cancelling a subscription (but only if and to the extent TRACKER may be legally permitted to do so). If Equipment relevant to such subscription has already been installed, TRACKER may claim back all reasonable Equipment and installation costs from Subscriber. If Subscriber requests removal of Equipment, TRACKER reserves the right to charge Subscriber for same at TRACKER?s then-current rack rate. If Subscriber continues to use or access any Subscription Service after the end of the Cooling Off Period, all provisions of these Terms will apply. These Terms also apply to Subscriber?s use of any Subscription Service before the end of the Cooling Off Period. ?Commencement Date?: the date on which TRACKER receives Subscriber?s completed Form (including without limitation by way of electronic submission by Subscriber utilising the Website), or such other date as may be agreed in writing between TRACKER and Subscriber for this purpose.
