If assistance is required with this you should take the bike to your local bicycle shop for a mechanic to complete the work, please note there will be a charge for this which is payable by the bicycle owner. All deliveries are to the recipient?s home only unless an alternative delivery address has been agreed between the recipient of the bike and the owner of the premises. Returns Returns Policy under the Consumer Rights Act states that you have the right to withdraw from your purchases within 30 days. This "cooling off" period expires 30 days after the day you received your goods. Please note that you may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. Bikes unless faulty, must be as new and un-ridden. Please ensure that the size is correct and that you are happy with your bike before riding it. If accessories have been fitted to the bike, then it is no longer new and in a saleable condition, therefore you will not be able to return it to us unless it is faulty. Bikes returned to Shop Raleigh must be in the original box, with all protective internal packing still in place on the bike to protect it from scratches and damage. The box must be re-sealed securely to fully-protect the bike on its return journey. Bikes cannot be returned without prior authorization from Shop Raleigh and a returns reference number. The returns number MUST BE added externally and clearly visible on the box. If you are returning an unwanted item then you will need to pay the postage costs to Shop Raleigh to return it, the return cost is £15 which is payable before the collection takes place via credit or debit card. We will then arrange a courier to collect the bike from you at an agreed convenient time. Please ensure that returns number and address is fully visible and securely taped to the carton so we can identify the item when it is returned. We will process your return as soon as it arrives however please allow 7 working days. Any returns received without prior authorization and a returns number will not be credited. Manufacturer?s Warranty All goods supplied by Shop Raleigh whatever the brand are covered by the manufacturer?s warranty. Fault due to manufacturer defect we will arrange to collect the item and repair under warranty, free of charge. Prior to a collection being arranged for your faulty item we may ask for images of the item to be emailed to ourselves for review. If the item cannot be repaired then a suitable replacement will be agreed with yourself. Fault Due To Customer Abuse We will then advise on the cost of the repair and it will be at your discretion if you wish to have your purchase repaired.
