About Shop Raleigh
Shop Raleigh is a retailer of market leading brands of bicycles and accessories. We are committed to providing excellent customer service with a dedicated and knowledgeable support team.
Further Info All bicycles purchased will require minimal building when delivered, e.g. the pedals, front wheel and handlebars attaching to the bike. If assistance is required with this you should take the bike to your local bicycle shop for a mechanic to complete the work, please note there will be a charge for this which is payable by the bicycle owner. All deliveries are to the recipient?s home only unless an alternative delivery address has been agreed between the recipient of the bike and the owner of the premises. Details of our bicycle sizing guide can be found below at: http://www.raleigh.co.uk/Support/BikeSizeGuide/ Please make sure that the size you require is correct before ordering as return requests due to the bike being an unsuitable frame size will attract the return charge. Returns Returns Policy under the Consumer Rights Act states that you have the right to withdraw from your purchases within 30 days. This "cooling off" period expires 30 days after the day you received your goods. Please note that you may not use goods that you have received before deciding to withdraw from the purchase. Bikes unless faulty, must be as new and un-ridden. Please ensure that the size is correct and that you are happy with your bike before riding it. If accessories have been fitted to the bike, then it is no longer new and in a saleable condition, therefore you will not be able to return it to us unless it is faulty. In the instance that you wish to arrange a return you should visit the track my order page Link to our track my order page http://www.halfords.com/advice/customer-services/track-my-order to contact Shop Raleigh directly who will then advise further instruction. The box must be re-sealed securely to fully-protect the bike on its return journey. Bikes cannot be returned without prior authorization from Shop Raleigh and a returns reference number. The returns number MUST BE added externally and clearly visible on the box.
