Very Pleased i purchased this product to assist me in cleaning my engine block in my classic mini, i found this very easy to use because 1. the powerful directional stream of cleaner application to each area and 2. the end result was astonishing and left me feeling very proud. 15 June 2012
effective engine cleaning used this to clean the top of an engine which had a leaking breather hose, much cleaner to use than aerosol, left a better concentration of cleaning product where i had sprayed it. aerosol sprays tend to spread around and runn off a lot faster than this. very little scrubbing required after i had left product on engine parts for 3-5 mins 18 March 2011

Answer: 
Yes, to a great extent, but not entirely.
For some reason block paving, although dense brick, needs jet washing after applying degreaser. I have not removed stains completely, but is 90% better.
