does wot it says its gonna do! i bought this after a reletive told me about it, i was thinking of getting a new stereo when i bought my car, its 10 year old ford with the manufactuer's stereo cassette built in, and to be fair the product works a treat, i plug in my ipod and off i go............. 22 May 2012
Good purchase It does what its says. Not 100% quiet but with music play it wont matter. You dont have to turn the tape over. 17 April 2012

well worth it bought this because i have an old Ford cassette player and can't get a stereo with mp3 capabilities to fit, and it turns out this was a fantastic buy. You have to get the balance between the volume on the mp3 player and stereo right else you get awful distortion but that is not a negative, just the ticket 16 November 2011
Good product I bought this as I have had trouble getting good sound quality with FM transmitters. I use it with an IPod, to get the best sound you need to have the iPods volume set to about half, otherwise there is significant distortion. There is some noise from the tape drive but this is drowned out by the road noise. I am happy with the purchase. 03 July 2011

Really Pleased! Was tempted to buy a cheaper version but after all the bad reveiws I read on them decided to go for this one. Deffinatly worth paying a bit extra for! The sound quality is brilliant and have had no problems so far, also very easy to use, just put the tape adaptor in and thats it! Would recommend this to people needing a good quality adaptor! 07 May 2011

the sound only appers to be coming thru' one side of the speakers, ie not stereo, i have used several mp3 players and a couple of different cassette player and it all narrows down to the belkin, has anyone alse had the same trouble?
