Good replacement bulb The all weather bulb I replaced a couple of weeks ago is doing a good job and is a very similar colour to the ordinary Halford bulb that I replaced on the other side previously. Haven't had a chance to see any differences in harsh weather yet. So can't report on value in that respect. I paid for Halfords to fit (which had gone up by almost double since I paid them to fit the last bulb), however it's still great value for me as my headlamps are very awkward to reach over the wheel arch and it would have taken me considerably longer than the 15 mins it took the very friendly man at my local store. 12 October 2011

Answer: 
Yes all shops fit bulbs however sometimes you may have to wait for them to fit them. If its a busy time. Its normally best to go during daytime as well.

Most stores offer this service, although High Street stores may not have the facilities to be able to do it, please contact your local store before setting off.
