Nice purchase New to road cycling at 63 years of age I bought a Teman road bike through the internet which was a good purchase but the saddle was wanting. The Royal Selle road saddle did the trick, was easy to fit and delivery was very fast. A very good purchase - why spend a fortune - this does nicely. 16 February 2011

Answer: 
No, a seat post clamp does not come supplied with a saddle. The bracket used to mount a saddle to a seat post forms the top part of the seat post itself.

It is aproximately 155mm (6") wide at the end, 45mm (1 3/4") wide at the front & 270mm (10 3/4") long.

It doesn't come in different widths as far as I know, although I guess the ladies version would be wider.
