Designed to withstand any challenge, the Continental Diesel Bike Tyre has a super intelligent GravityArc tread that gives you ultimate traction through wet mud and loose surfaces. It is a slightly heavier tyre meaning it can withstand much more, leaving you to race round park trails through bends and jumps. The tread of the tyre is technically detailed with 3D faces, hard edged tread blocks and shoulder knobs all give you great control over steering and ripping through unpredictable ground surfaces.

Fat tyres Needed some proper tyres and had factory fit 2.35's originally but they were old and bald...(like my dad!) So chose some 2.50's from Continental.Reserved online and picked them up next day.All was fine until I went to slot the rear wheel into the frame. The slight buckle in the wheel,caused the tyre to rub the frame behind the crank.So as the wheel was also old and a bit rubbish really,I bought a new wheel too! Anyway,the same weekend I took the bike to Cannock chase and put them through their paces.Happy to report the tyres performed brilliantly and I'm far from professional.In summary,buy the size you had,or check the frame clearance! 11 May 2012
Fantastic product and service These are absolutely fantastic tyes and would recommend to anyone. They can handle anything. On road and even better off road wet or dry. There is a little bit of drag but that is quite understandable with them being 2.5. If I do ever wear them down I hope these are still available and at the same price. 22 April 2012
