Does the job! It's fine. Be a bit careful if you've got under-tube cables like I have - I ended up securing it with some cable-ties (the bands were missing from my packaging). Now it's on it's secured well enough and doesn't slip, just be realistic about what you expect it to do any you'll be happy! Keeps the worst of ya :) 24 February 2011
God mudguard I bought this mudguard for my carrera vulcan disc spec because i was worried about riding inthe snow and the snow being left on the down tube. This solved the problen immediatley and it is so easy to fit with the rubber O - rings round the down tube and it stops mud, snow, water , anything and it is so easy to clean 09 January 2010

Halfords Downtube Bike Mudguard will only fit on the front. A rear mudguard can also be purchased seperately from Halfords.
