VIBE BlackAir 69 6x9" 3 Way Coaxial Speakers

This Vibe BlackAir 69 speaker is engineered to get perfect balance between the woofer & tweeter. The woofer uses a Honeycomb fibreglass cone combined with a polyurethane surround that gives a sharp, precise quality sound. The dome tweeters are made so that they can keep up with & match the woofer perfectly .

Additional Information

Speaker fitting is subject to installation into existing factory locations, or pre-prepared holes (e.g. parcel shelf), only where speaker cables are present at the fitting location in the vehicle. Neither store installers nor mobile installers will cut panelwork to install aftermarket products.

Store fitting applies to products fitted by Halfords on site. Normal mobile fitting charges will apply for mobile fitting requests or complex installs, which after inspection, require a mobile fitting contractor (additional cost). Standard charges cover the first hour of mobile installation labour, after which an hourly rate applies, quotations available on request (additional cost).

Additional speaker mounting adaptors may be required at additional cost, either from store stock or by special order, subject to installation requirements.

Fitting service applies to products purchased in Halfords only. Pre-booking may be required. Fitting subject to vehicle inspection, vehicle restrictions may apply. If you require further assistance, please contact your local Halfords store.

Extra charges may apply with vehicles with non standard wiring and / or complex installation requirements.

exellent i have 4 of these speakers along with 4 vibe se k 60 door speakers running of 2 amp and i can say they are really really lound. i am also running a twin 12" type r alpine subs on a 1900watt amplifier and the sound is absouloutly awsome 28 December 2010
Amazing I cant believe nobody has reviewed these at all, the speakers themselves are great, fitted perfectly on my parcel shelf. Amazing sound tons of bass, and im looking to buy the component 5" speakers also from VIBE. Great Wattage and really good RMS 09 December 2010

pretty much all speakers can be fitted to any standard stereo as there are only 2 wires per speaker. The connectors will be different though but a couple of spade connectors and a bit of extra speaker wire will sort this out. Just make sure you use spade connectors as bullet connectors wont fit.

Yup quite easily. If yours is the sony explode you should get a nice deep bass note as well. The 175 is the max they will take before blowing. If you really want nice big sound then it might be a good idea to invest in a small amp later down the line as this will give better sound quality and power.

Minimum input is 85 watts RMS for the pair, so each speaker requires a minimum of 42.5 watts so this amp will be fine

Yes but you wont get the true power of them without one but for everyday stuff you should be happy as long as you havnt got a naff 10 watts per channel head unit. If its a newish car then it will probably have a built in amp anyway.

Yes, But an AMP would be ideal for these speakers, such as the Slick A4 AMP is the basic one but would power these speakers, these pump out a lot of RMS.

Most car stereos have built in AMPS however there max is around 50 watts meaning 25 watts per channel which means the speakers arent going to be fully utlized however i have the same problem with my set of speakers the built in Car stereo amp just isnt powerful enough and cracks at high volume.
