good brakes these disks are very good for the money, they have a lovely feel to them. although i was a little disappointed with the design and weight of the disk rotor. this is the only failing of a great priced, light weight disk brake 17 March 2011

re brake lever?

can this be adjusted to suit not only small hands/one finger braking but where to position the mech on the handlebar?

Answer: 
The lever reach is adjustable to suit various hand sizes/finger lengths, However, its position in relation to the gear levers can only be adjusted by moving the levers position on the bar as with other brake lever designs.

yes, this brake will fit on a Apollo Paradox. the mounts on the fork for the existing brake will be fine for the hydraulic brake

Yes you can change the mechanical disc brake to the hydraulic disc brake - we would recommend that you have it fitted at one of our stores. If you buy the disc brake in store it can be fitted for free.

this brake will fit in place of your front cable disk brake. if you have a rear cable disk brake, then a hydraulic one will allso fit

It will not be possible to convert the rear. To convert the front you will also need to change the forks, our store colleagues will be able to advise exactly what will be required to make the change. You may find that it is financially unviable.
