Very good value I fitted the 20" 19" front and 16" rear wiper in minutes and i am very pleased with their performance, They leave no dirty or irritating streaks, give a very clear view with quieter operation I cannot fault them. Give them a try they're worth it! 04 July 2012

Answer: 
Only the blades get replaced. The arm has a loop that the replacement blades hook and lock into place with. Just make sure you get them on the right way round.
