The Halfords Mains adaptor allows you to power Halfords coolboxes or other 12v appliances (up to 5amps) from your home mains supply. It is useful for pre-cooling your coolbox at home before going on your trip!

Power supply The appliance does what it claims and is more convenient than the item it replaces. It seems well enough built and doesn't get particularly hot in use. 03 May 2011

Hi, thanks for your interest in Halfords Digital Tyre Inflator. This tyre inflator does not come with a Presta Valve. However, Presta Valves are available from Halfords. Please search for ‘Presta Valve’ using the internal search bar at the top of the Halfords website or visit your local Halfords store.

The Halfords Mains To 12v Accessory Adaptor is not suitable for use with the Halfords Digital Tyre Inflator as this requires too much power.

I am visiting France and want to use my Halfords coolbox with a mains adapter - does your mains adapter only work for 240 volts - in France it is 220V?

Halfords do not currently stock a power inverter that is suitable for your requirements. Additional non-stocked lines are available to order from Ring Automotive via your local Halfords store using the special order service. The store will be able to order them in for you and will be able to advise cost.
