Really does keep the wind off and the warmth in!! For a waterproof jacket this really does keep the warmth in with the elastic arms even though it's such a thin lite weight jacket, I was also surprised how well it reduced the wind when riding, very nice quality and defiantly something I would recommend! 15 January 2012
