Excellent value for Money Bought this for my 3 year old as she was gone beyond tricycles and It is a fab little bike. It was easy to put together and she loves it. She is able to manage it quite easily - its not too big but she feels like she has a big girls bike. Its sturdy, well made and its nice to get a bike thats a) not pink & b) not a character bike. 10 April 2012

Lovely little bike. I love this bike because it is a "proper" bike rather than a toy like some of the others are. Excellent value for money. The online photo really doesn't do it justice. I bought this for my daughter's 3rd bday (she is the size of a 4 year old) + although it fits now, it is at the top of the seat + handle bars so will no doubt only last for another yr. But that is fine because it is her first bike + with it being such great value I'm not really concerned as long as it fits her now. It is such a lovely little bike. Would definitely recommend. 09 March 2012
Great first bike This is a really well made good quality bike for a reasonable price. It has breaks which I was not expecting. It's not too girly. My only criticism is that if you buy any trax bike you can't benefit from the free build in store facility. Other than that I'm very happy and glad I went to halfords as opposed to buying a cheaper bike from the various othe retailers around. my daughter is 4, slightly small for her age but she could still reach the peddles with no problem. I have to go get her a bell for it now! 08 February 2012
FANTASTIC FIRST BIKE THIS WAS AN IMPULSE BUY WHEN OUR 3YR OLD SUDDENLY WANTED A BIKE WITH PEDALS. SHE CHOSE IT AND WE WERE WORRIED AS IT WAS THE CHEAPEST WOULD THAT MEAN POOR QUALITY, BUT IT IS A GREAT BIKE.OUR DAUGHTER ADORES IT AND IT IS NOT TOO PINK AND GIRLY.WE CHOSE TO PUT IT TOGETHER OURSELVES AND THIS TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR BUT SEEMED EASY ENOUGH TO DO. THE SEAT IS EASY TO ADJUST AND IT SEEMS STURDY SO FAR! IT WILL HOPEFULLY BE HANDED DOWN TO MY YOUNGER CHILD AS WELL.MY 3YR OLD SEEMS TO MANAGE THE BRAKES ON THIS BIKE BETTER THAN HER OLDER SISTER DOES ON HERS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS BIKE AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS. 08 January 2012

I want to know if the bike can be constructed safely without pedals, and then add them later when the child has learnt to balance?
