good product good product gets you from A to B with no problems 12 June 2012
You only get what you pay for I bought one 8 months ago and it went dead. Tried to change battery which gave TomTom a road out of the guarantee, now theres a surprise. Being elderly and not a tech fanatic, bought this cause at least I know how to work it. But poor quality. 21 April 2012

not brilliant I purchased tis tom tom 25 start for a family trip to london We found that it was very slow on picking up gps signal some times upto 20min even in the car or trying to plan our next day leaving it in the hotel window for ages on one occasion we resulted to using my daughters ipod and paid for wi fi once the gps is running its very good but it did not fill us with confidence and we have had the same problem since we got home and we live in open green space no gps signal WHY?? 26 February 2012

It comes with one latest map update, when you register the product.
It does not come with Lifetime Map updates.

I am thinking of purchasing a new Tom Tom SatNav and am looking favourable at the Start 25. I have heard that the software support is very poor and some information that is already programmed is inaccurate. Is there any truth in these rumours
