garmin 3710 bought a few days ago. used for first time 6th July tested alongside my tom tom 1000.on a journey approx 160 miles return .return was on a different route. good points very clear screen and the detail such as arrival time etc very clear and useful compared to the 1000 much smaller detail. bad points ,info on turns etc no where near as good as 1000. to late or too early when approaching junctions.the route was no where as accurate as 1000 in fact it recalculated on many occasions and had i not known the route anyway i would have been taken wrong way ??? still have not found out how to mark the points of interest so going back in to see the salesman. should have bought the more expensive model with Google etc as on the tom 1000 so disappointing cant change under the terms with halfords even though not registered 07 July 2011
