Excelllent Product The product overall build quality is not that impressive. It seems to be build with cheap plastic and does not impress you however, the options it gives you are very impressive. You can charge your tablet, ipad or iphone or even any smartphone at one with ease makes it an excellent product. One important thing to note is that battery analyser feature is just an eye wash and cannot be counted on. 02 February 2012

I have a sports car. The power socket (lighter) is situated between the seats at the rear of the "cockpit". To install neatly, I would have to run the cable under the central console and mount the unit under the dashboard. I would need around 32 inches of cable.
OR - would I be better using the more basic S-Type multi-socket - with 37" of straight cable?

You could use either, but may depend on cable length required..

Coiled - 35" stretched
