The Boardman Road Sport Bike 2012/2013 Large (55cm) is the ideal entry bike for the aspiring road racer, and features a lightweight 7005 triple butted aluminium frame, Shimano 16 speed drivetrain, powerful Tektro Dual Pivot calliper brakes and Mavic 700c double wall alloy rims for an inspiring performance at a great price.

Frame & Forks: Boardman Road Sport

Weighing only 10.9kg, the stiff, strong and lightweight 7005 triple butted alloy frame with aluminium fork blades allow for greater power transfer resulting in improved acceleration and handling; making it the ideal bike for aspiring racers.

Transmission: Boardman Road Sport

The proven reliability of the Shimano 2300 16 speed drivetrain means you will never miss that critical shift again.

Brakes, Tyres and Wheels: Boardman Road Sport

Powerful Tektro Dual Pivot calliper brakes allow for improved confidence and control whilst breaking, especially in difficult, adverse conditions. Whilst the Vittoria Zaffiro tyres mounted onto the excellent Mavic CXP-22S Rims are durable enough to withstand the bumpiest of rides.

good entry level bike! very good bike for the money, this is the only bike to have internal cable routing for the price range also! i would recommend to replace the tyres that come with it for a better set as they are not very grippy. 01 January 2013
