Polar FT4M Training Computer- Silver/Black

The Polar FT4 is an entry-level heart rate monitor and replaces the ever popular F4 Heart Rate Monitor. It looks and works as a digital wrist watch with dual time zones, date of the day and alarm features. Polar FT4 also comes with a chest strap that measures your heart rate and transmits wirelessly to the watch.

Wear Polar FT4 when you go for a brisk walk, jog, or yoga session. An alarm will sound if your heart rate falls outside the desired zone - which is a balance between cardiac safety and an effective workout.

Excellent watch This is a great watch, simple to use and gives you a number of stats to help with your training. The chest monitor strap took some time to get used but its fine now. Overall its a great product 10 June 2012
