This head unit fits into 95% of cars.* A wiring harness adaptor may be required (additional cost). For cars fitted with a non standard sized car audio unit a new fascia adaptor will be required (additional cost). To find out if your vehicle requires adaptors, please click "Will this fit my car?" or "Reserve or Buy". If you require further assistance, please contact your local Halfords store

Store fitting applies to units fitted at Halfords stores. Normal mobile fitting charges will apply for mobile fitting requests or complex installs, which after inspection, require a mobile fitting contractor - details will be provided by your local Halfords store. Fitting service applies to products purchased in Halfords only. Pre-booking may be required. Ask in store for more details of fitting service. Extra charges may apply to vehicles with non standard wiring.

**Supplied with a rotating micro USB dock connector in the centre of the base of the dock, which can be swung backwards out of the way to mount the handset into the cradle if this connection is not centrally located along the bottom of the handset.

There is also an additional socket and micro USB extension cable provided just over 30cm long, to allow handsets with a side, or top mounted socket to still be used with this head unit. The extension cable plugs into the left hand side of the bottom of the cradle / holder for reference.

Easy to use, does everything I need. Having moved from the iPod platform to android I was struggling to pay my music till I found this wonderful device. My phone docks easily, no cables getting tangled. It looks tidy and the dock folds away when not in use. Just download the app, connect by Bluetooth and away you go. I am delighted by the simplicity and reliability of this. I am able to receive calls and it pauses the musc for the duration of the call. Tuning the audio is easy too. The app allows you to scan for radio stations and save your favourites to a button on the app. This is a well thought out, good value device. I have no hesitation recommending it. 25 November 2012

Expected date

When will this be available in store to buy...? I have e-mailed Philips directly about this product also and awaiting reply, just wondered why there is no response to the previous questions asked about this product...??? If this has not yet been launched then should it not be removed from the site or at least show a date it's actually due to go on sale...???
