A dramatic end to the cycling Tour Series may have inspired fans to get down to Halfords for a new bike.
Team Halfords Bikehut scooped the Bob Chicken Trophy after ten rounds of competition.
It finally tasted victory after maintaining the lead it held going into the final event in Southend, with rider Rob Hayles also taking first place in the individual rankings.
"Winning the Tour Series is a real achievement for the team and comes as a result of their skill, hard work and dedication to their sport," explained team manager Keith Lambert.
He added many of the team members had excelled individually throughout the competition.
Those looking to get into cycling may be pleased to know there is currently a third off Apollo bikes at Halfords.
For £117.47, the Apollo XC.26 20" Mens Mountain Bike is a good entry level model for rookie riders hoping to follow in the tyre treads of Halyes and his team mates.
