You always have the option to visit one of our 420 Halfords stores and buy your items directly off the shelf, but sometimes, certain items may have limited availability, particularly at sale time, meaning the store may be out of stock by the time you get there. So to avoid disappointment, why not use our new Reserve & Collect service to check the stock at your local store and make sure your items are ready and waiting for you when you arrive!

You can reserve your chosen items from a wide range of products online and have your items ready and waiting for you to collect in a Halfords store of your choice. Items that are in stock will be available for you tocollect from only an hour after reservation until the end of the following working day.

Goods are always reserved at the online price, so this is the price you pay when you come to collect. When you come to the store, our fully trained staff will also be able to answer any questions you may have to ensure that you get the most from your new purchase.

If you enter your email address and/or mobile phone number, confirmation of reservation will be sent via email and/or text. In the unforeseen event of any problems with your reservation, the store will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
