Terms and conditions for up to 10% off car parts when you spend £40 related products (the “Promotion”)

• This Promotion is open to all persons in the United Kingdom (Excludes ROI), including employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
• The Promotion is open between 00:01am on Tuesday 9th January 2024 to 23:59pm on Monday 15th January 2024. (the “Promotion Period”).
• The Promotion is organised by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE, company number 103161 (“Halfords”).
• By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion entitles customers to 10% off car parts when you spend £40 related products at halfords.com from Tuesday 9th January 2024 to Monday 15th January 2024. The discount will be automatically applied to relevant products in basket.
• Halfords Motoring Club Premium Members (“Premium Member(s)”) will receive an additional 5% discount on selected car parts related products, as part of the Premium Member benefits. This comprises the original discount of 10% (the “Promotion”) and then the additional 5% discount on selected lines received by Premium Members will be applied.
• Halfords Trade Card customers will receive an additional 5% discount on top of their trade card price for car parts related products during the Promotion Period using code CARPART5 at checkout from Tuesday 9th January to 23:59pm on Monday 15th January 2024.
• The Promotion includes: Brakes, Filtration, Ignition, Engine Parts, Transmission, Cooling & Heating, Electrical & Lighting, Suspension & Steering, Car Body Parts, Exhaust Parts, Wheel & Tyre Parts purchased online at halfords.com.
• The Promotion excludes: Car parts express, wiper blades, Batteries and Bulbs and any other Halfords products in general whether purchased online or instore.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount code, colleague discount or exchanged for cash.
• This promotion is only available at www.halfords.com and is not redeemable in retail stores or garages.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• Halfords reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, participating customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
• Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
