What is Duxback?

Promotion standard rules:

  1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”).
  2. These Promotion standard rules shall apply in conjunction with the Promotion specific rules set out below. By entering the Promotion, an entrant agrees to be legally bound by both the Promotion standard rules and the Promotion specific rules, and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
  3. The Promotion runs from 22nd February to 17th March 2020 (the “Promotional Period”).
  4. Any personal data relating to entrants will only be used by Halfords Autocentres wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this competition and for no other purpose.
  5. This Promotion is available to customers in centre and those online where it can be accessed at halfords.com

Promotion specific rules:

  1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, entrants must book a ‘Interim’, ‘Full’ or ‘Major’ Car Service via halfords.com/car-servicing
  2. No cash alternative will be offered.
  3. Excludes Fleet customers
  4. Entry to this promotion is subject to Halfords Autocentres being able to service your vehicle (so, for example, it (including combi’s and Hybrid servicing but excludes lorries).
  5. Halfords Autocentres reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  6. Neither Halfords Autocentres, nor any agencies involved in this Promotion, are liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. Halfords Autocentres does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion. Nothing shall exclude the ‘Halfords Autocentres’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

How to redeem online:

  1. The entrant customer must add an ‘Interim’, ‘Full’, or ‘Major’ Service into their basket by clicking here
  2. Add Duxback Windscreen treatment to your booking by clicking here
  3. The price of Duxback windscreen treatment will automatically become free in the basket.
  4. Checkout as normal.

How to redeem in centre:

  1. Please visit or call your local Autocentre to book in.
  2. Book an ‘Interim’, ‘Full’ or ‘Major’ Service for your vehicle.
  3. Our Halfords Autocentre colleague will automatically add a FREE Duxback windscreen treatment to your booking. Please state if you do not wish to have Duxback treatment added onto your booking.
