Terms and Conditions for Halfords Premium Motoring Club Promotion- £5 off Annual Membership Fee

  1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Limited (company number 00103161) of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE (“Halfords”). The Promotion is open between 00:01 am on 14th March 2023 and 23:59 pm on 27th March 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over and who are eligible to purchase a premium membership to Halfords Motoring Club, including by way of upgrade from a free membership.
  3. By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
  4. The Promotion has a purchase requirement - customers must purchase premium membership to Halfords Motoring Club.
  5. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Promotion and in connection with the provision of the Halfords Motoring Club, unless consent is provided otherwise.

Promotion specific rules

  1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase a premium membership to Halfords Motoring Club and pay for a full year of membership.
  2. This promotion available both at halfords.comand in retail stores or garages.
    Customers must:
    a) add premium Motoring Club membership to the basket on halfords.com;
    b) discount will auto apply on basket.
  3. No cash alternative will be offered.
  4. No discount will be offered if customers select the option to pay monthly.
  5. Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  6. The minimum term of the premium Motoring Club membership is twelve (12) months from purchase (the “Minimum Term”), following expiry of the Minimum Term, the premium Motoring Club membership will automatically renew for a further twelve (12) month period at the full pre-discounted price and for continuous periods of one (1) year thereafter.
  7. The renewal payment for the Annual Premium Membership will be taken twelve (12) months after the initial purchase has been made and for continuous periods of one (1) year thereafter, unless you have previously advised us you did not require the Annual Premium Membership to renew.
  8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
