Terms and Conditions for Halfords and Tyre Warranty Loyalty Promotion (the “Promotion”)

PREMIUM AND FREE MEMBERS (COLLECTIVELY “MEMBERS”) OF THE HALFORDS MOTORING CLUB CAN RECEIVE FREE EXTENDED TYRE WARRANTY WITH A TYRE PURCHASE (THE “PROMOTION”).

Conditions

  • This Promotion is exclusive to existing Halfords Motoring Club members resident in the United Kingdom (excludes ROI), including employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professional connected to the Promotion.
  • The Offer is organised and hosted by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE (“Halfords”).
  • By participating in the Promotion, a Member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
  • Halfords Motoring Club Members are entitled to free extended tyre warranty with a tyre purchased on halfords.com excluding Winter and Runflat tyres.
  • The Promotion is available on Halfords.com (excluding ROI) and is subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered.
  • For online purchases, Members will need to be signed into their Halfords.com account and the discount will be automatically applied at the basket.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  • Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer the Promotion and in accordance with the terms of the Halfords Motoring Club, unless consent is provided otherwise.
  • Halfords reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, Members shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  • The terms and conditions for this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
