These terms and conditions apply to your chance to win a £3,500 Love2Shop holiday gift card when purchasing one (1) or more Pirelli tyre(s) in a single or multiple transactions, provided the participant provides proof of purchase. This Prize Draw is promoted on the website www.halfords.com as “Win a £3,500 Love2Shop holiday gift card “. Buy one (1) or more Pirelli tyre(s) and enter for your chance to win”.

Introduction

1. This Prize Draw is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom (except for Northern Ireland), excluding employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is open between 00:00am on 3rd February 2026 and 11:59pm on 2nd March 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2. The Prize Draw is organised by Halfords Autocentres Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE, company number 04050548 (“Halfords”) in conjunction with Pirelli UK Tyres Ltd, Derby Road, Burton on Trent DE13 0BH. Company number 02622111.
3. Entry is based on an online purchase through either the National Tyre Service Limited webpage (www.national.co.uk) or the Halfords Autocentres Limited webpage (www.halfords.com) for one (1) or more Pirelli tyre(s). The purchase must be completed before the closing date of the Prize Draw to qualify entry.
4. After purchasing one (1) or more Pirelli tyre(s), the participant will receive an email which confirms their purchase and provides details regarding the steps on how to enter the Prize Draw, including a link to the Prize Draw. When participants click on the link, they will be taken to the www.halfords.com webpage to enter the Prize Draw and will be required to provide their contact details.
5. By entering into the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decision of Halfords in relation to all matters relating to the Prize Draw, whose decision shall be final.
6. Any personal data relating to customers will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party or outside of the Halfords Group without the winners’ prior consent. Halfords’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available at halfords.com. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in any marketing we sent you.
7. All entries must be received by Halfords by way of compliance with clause 3 above and within the Prize Draw Period. Incomplete, illegal, late or incorrect entries will not be accepted. Halfords takes no responsibility for entries which are delayed, incomplete or lost.
8. Halfords reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Halfords may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a prize may be withheld unless and until Halfords is satisfied with the verification. Halfords reserves the right to disqualify entrants from the Prize Draw if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Prize Draw, including but not limited to instances where voting for an entrant’s submission has been paid for or otherwise incentivised in any other way either by that entrant or on their behalf.
9. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
10. In total there is one (1) main prize. The prize is a £3,500 Love2Shop holiday gift card (the “Prize”). Further details regarding the Prize can be found below. The selected winner (the “Winner”) will receive the Prize. 11. Between the end of the Prize Draw Period and 16h March 2026, there will be one (1) Winner drawn at random from all eligible entries via an online generator.
11. Halfords will notify the Winner no later than 16th March 2026 by using the telephone number and/or email address provided by the Winners upon entering the Prize Draw and will provide details as to how to claim the Prize. The message will be sent from a Halfords email account or phone number.
12. Entrants are solely responsible for providing contact details which are correct at the time of and following the Prize Draw.
13. The Winner will have fourteen (14) days from the time of being notified (the “Notice Period”) to claim the Prize.
14. If the Winner has not responded to Halfords within the Notice Period, Halfords reserves the right to re-draw the Prize Draw without further notice to the initial Winner.
15. The Winner agrees to participate in publicity resulting from the Prize Draw if requested to do so by Halfords and Halfords reserves the right to use the details of the Winner in any publicity. Halfords may ask for the Winner’s consent to publish them on Halfords social media channels. The Winner must represent and warrant that they either own or have necessary licenses in all content that they provide to Halfords, and that Halfords is able to use and publish such content, including their social media username(s) on Halfords social media platforms and in marketing campaigns.
16. No cash or other alternative will be offered in the event that the Winner is unable to claim the prize for any reason.
17. To obtain the name and country of the Winner, please send a stamped SAE to Halfords.
18. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Halfords and accordingly Halfords may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the Prize Draw and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Halfords as a result thereof. Any such variation or amendment will be notified at the point of entry for the Prize Draw.
19. The Winner’s use of the Prize shall be subject to Love2Shop’s terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.highstreetvouchers.com/COMMON/corporate/terms/Love2shop-website-Terms-Conditions.pdf.
20. Any expenses incurred by the winner in the general use and/or enjoyment of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Neither Halfords nor agencies involved in this Prize Draw may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Prize Draw. Halfords cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude Halfords’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
21. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
