Poor service
After waiting a week for the bike which was needed ASAP, 2 days after getting the bike brakes and gears needing attention, contact centre was in another country and did not give a dam, email said the customer services had contacted manager to deal with the issue and they had not and when I took it back the front wheel was loose, front brake disc was bent and the gear cables were loose yet they built it in the first place! No apology from customer services or store manager or engineer having to take it back so soon, just said any more issues bring it back to repair again, poor service
