Triplewax Shake & Shine Shampoo is rated out of 5 by 16.Rated 5 out of 5 by Gasman603 from Does what it says on the bottle This is the third time I have purchased this product. Find that it great value for money, very easy to apply and take off leaving a dirty car looking shiny. Also have used the product to clean and snide of house windows, no streaks and pretty effortless. Will buy again Quality of product is good as long as you shake bottle well first. Very easy to apply leaving decent shineDate published: 2018-05-03Rated 1 out of 5 by Carts39 from Absolute rubbish Bought this today to shine up my car before I went to look at part exchanging my car. Left white marks all over the car and the nozzle is rubbish. Really disappointed . Only plus side it gave it a nice shineDate published: 2017-09-18Rated 1 out of 5 by Bertie4 from Terrible stuff In short, I found this to be terrible stuff. Don't buy. Keep away. The long review is as follows... I went in to Halfords to buy my normal waterless car wash (Turtlewax) and they were out so I bought this. I'm really disappointed with it. My recommendation to you is to keep away from this product for the following reasons. First off, the product comes with a terrible sprayer. It goes everywhere. Even on the bits you have already done, which means you have to keep going back to clean off overspray from the bits of the car that you have already cleaned. And if you miss a bit, it creates marks. It's annoying. Second, if not cleaned properly, it leaves white marks behind, but not straight away. These white marks appear when the product dries, which means that you can finish with a part of the car and think all is good. Only much later you find white marks appear on the paintwork. In my case this was well after I thought I had finished with the wash and was at the petrol station filling up and found that white marks had appeared all over part of my car! Third, it doesn't clean well. I came back from a long drive abroad where flies and bugs had hit the front of the car on the motorway. This product is not good at removing dirt and bugs. You need to use a lot of product and a certain amount of force, which is worrying because this force could easily inadvertently introduce scratches! At this stage I could just finish the product I have and not buy it again. If the product is bad but not terrible that is what I would do. Instead however, I stopped cleaning my car half way through and just decided to go look for something better. I will be throwing this product away shortly, three quarters unused. That is how terrible I think this product is. Not worth finishing it! I hope this review helps to inform you about this product.Date published: 2017-09-15Rated 3 out of 5 by Scottyb2103 from Buy a bucket and sponge Don't get me wrong it brings the paint up nice as any wax would anyway.. and it is quick and convenient.. but it don't take bird poo off or the dead fly's very well and it leaves the black plastics stained. Buy a bucket and sponge with some decent wax.Date published: 2017-07-10Rated 1 out of 5 by dan92jina from Waste of money Doesn't clean properly, once it is dried you can see the wipe marks and white dust remains, have to keep buffing but just come right back again, car looks terrible with white stripes of white dust on itDate published: 2017-05-31Rated 3 out of 5 by Joshwhite3uk from It's not a bad product but am I using it correctly? I purchased this last week with a bunch of Halfords own microfibre towels. I cleaned my pride and joy, a brand new Vauxhall Corsa 5 door in metallic black. I found the stuff brilliant on the paintwork leaving a brilliant shine and absolutely no swirl marks. Unfortunately it left a terrible white residue on all of the plastic and rubber trim which was extremely difficult to get off, in the end I had to buy a very expensive black trim product to do so. Overall I do recommend the product but try to avoid plastic trim and tyres as it is goes everywhere when sprayed carelessly.Date published: 2016-12-31Rated 2 out of 5 by Luis1234 from Overpaid. Lot of mess. Within first press of the tiger, product was all over the place. On my windows, door, plastics. It's bit hard to buff. I wanted to save some money and bought cheaper product instead trusted more expensive product and it was my big mistake. It's leaving a lot of white residue everywhere on the car.Date published: 2016-10-10Rated 5 out of 5 by goddersb from Ignore the nay sayers Bought this for cleaning my bike, I mean a bike and not a cycle. It does the job brilliantly and makes easy work of cleaning, that said i did still wash the dead bugs and dirt off first. Does to spray a bit wildly and keep away from the seat! Other than that it's great and I shall be buying some fore soon for the car.Date published: 2016-09-24
