When should I book a suspension check?

Most manufacturers recommend a full suspension overhaul at around 50,000 miles, but having your suspension checked more regularly can help spot small issues before they turn into costly repairs. That’s why free checks are a great way to stay on top of your car’s health and keep it handling as it should.

Many drivers choose to book a free suspension check alongside a wheel alignment or tyre rotation, which is typically done every 15,000 miles.

It’s also a good idea to book a check if your car has hit a pothole, kerb, or been involved in a bump, driven off-road, or if you’ve noticed knocking noises, vibrations, steering problems, or uneven tyre wear. Catching issues early helps keep your car safe, comfortable, and running smoothly.

Some parts such as batteries include a longer warranty as stated on the product. If a part we have fitted should fail, it can be replaced or repaired at any of our 600 autocentres. This guarantee only covers parts and labour, excludes any additional costs incurred due to a warranty failure.

What happens on the day of your Car Check

On the day of your booking, please ensure that the vehicle is dropped off at the confirmed time with any car accessories in the vehicle (E.g. Locking Wheel Nuts). A member of our team will check your car in upon arrival.

Once a qualified technician has completed the checks, a member of our team will contact you with any recommendations and provide a detailed no-obligation quote for any additional work.

If we can complete this additional work on the day we'll let you know, otherwise our team will confirm the earliest and most convenient time to re-book your car in for the approved work.
