Pop up tent FAQs
Pop up tents are all about speed! Chuck them into the air and they’re ready for action. Inflatable tents take a little longer since you’ll need a pump, but they’re more spacious and generally sturdier, which is great if you’re staying put for a while.
Start by bringing the sides together so the tent goes flat. Then twist the frame into smaller circles until it folds in on itself. It can feel awkward at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes much easier.
They can handle light rain, but not all of them are made for heavy downpours. If you’re expecting bad weather, it’s worth checking the waterproof rating before using one.
They’re great for short trips, festivals, or quick overnight stays. If you want something fast and easy without much setup, they do the job well.
