<h3><label for="check-1"><strong>Q.</strong> What hybrid car service should I choose?</label></h3>

<p>Our three levels of hybrid service are designed to meet the needs of all cars, whatever their condition.</p>
<p><strong>Interim Service - 6 month vehicle service</strong></p>
<p>This 6 month, 54-point service is designed for the high mileage car user, or where the manufacturer recommends more frequent checks between annual services. This service includes an oil and filter change, top ups of essential fluids, as well as brake, steering and suspension checks (by removing the wheels).</p>
<p><strong>Full Service - 12 month vehicle service</strong></p>
<p>This is a comprehensive annual service for trouble free motoring. It exceeds most manufacturers' service schedules, and includes 81 checks and adjustments including an air filter change, a top up of brake fluid, power steering fluid and coolant. High quality parts are used and we check and record wear and tear items using a colour code reporting system, to give you peace of mind.</p>
<p><strong>Major Service - 24 month vehicle service</strong></p>
<p>This 24 month complete service covers all areas of essential maintenance. In addition to all the items included in our Interim and Full Services, the Major Service covers items that are regularly recommended for replacement every two years, including your cabin filter and brake hydraulic fluid.</p>
<p>In addition to all of the regular checks carried out as part of our Interim, Full and Major Services, Hybrid Servicing includes:</p>

<li>Charging port and high voltage cables check</li>
<li>Inverter coolant check</li>
<li>Brake binding check</li>

<h3><label for="check-3"><strong>Q.</strong> What should I bring with me?</label></h3>

<p>There are a few things you'll need to bring with you on the day, to make sure your Car Service goes smoothly:</p>
<p><strong>Alloy wheel keys or locking nuts</strong></p>
<p>As part of your Car Service, our technicians will need to remove your wheels to inspect the condition of your steering and suspension systems. Please bring your locking nuts with you, so that our team can carry out your Service without delay (we'll need to remove your wheels to do this).</p>
<p><strong>An empty boot</strong></p>
<p>Our technicians will inspect the condition and tread depth of your spare tyre, which is usually located under the boot of the car. Please empty your boot of luggage and other heavy items before you arrive at the Autocentre.</p>
<p><strong>Your service book</strong></p>
<p>We'll need to check when you last had certain items replaced, such as spark plugs, brake fluid and cabin filters. This information is stored in your service book - please bring it with you so that we have everything we need to properly assess your car on the day.</p>
<p><strong>A V5C registration form (for your first MOT only)</strong></p>
<p>If your vehicle is undergoing its first MOT then a V5C vehicle registration certificate (log book) is required, this document is also required if your vehicle has had a change of registration plate since its last MOT. In all other instances no documentation is required.</p>

<h3><label for="how-long-service-take"><strong>Q.</strong> How long will a service take? </label></h3>

<p>The time taken to complete a Service will depend on which service is booked. We do not offer a specific slot for our Services and we do recommend dropping the vehicle off at either 8:30am or 11:30am and leaving the vehicle at the autocentre. Our technicians will contact you when your car is ready to collect or provide you with a quote if any further work needs carrying out.</p>
