You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf. Our free Repairs Check provides a convenient way to book time with our garages when your car needs an inspection, whether it's after a minor collision, due to a worrying noise, or because of an unknown warning light.

This check is perfect for situations where you sense something is wrong with your car but can't pinpoint the issue.

How does the Free Repairs Check work?

If you have a worrying noise or a problem that you can't identify, then our free repairs check can help put your mind at ease. We will inspect the car for any mechanical faults, carry out a road test and recommend any necessary repairs.

If a repair or replacement is needed, a no-obligation quote will be provided. We only use quality parts provided from approved suppliers and come with our standard 2-year / 24,000 mile warranty, whichever is sooner.

 
 

Is a Diagnostic required when booking a Free Repairs Check?

If you have an engine fault, the engine management or other warning lights showing on your dashboard, then a Diagnostic Check may be required before we can advise on any necessary repair. A Diagnostic Check starts from £49.99.
