We hope you like everything about your order, and our staff shall provide you with any further assistance you may need, however below are the following return guidelines. Charges for returns: If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return. Collection charges are as follows: Small Items These can be returned via Royal Mail (After authorisation) , all postage charges will be your responsibility. £4.99 Per Package (0-3kg) £10.00 per box/parcel (4- 19kg) If you prefer to arrange your own courier (once your return has been authorised), items must be returned by a registered courier or the Royal Mail for insurance purposes. Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be returned to the original payment method that was used. Returns guidelines Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you?re returning an item because you?ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it?s working, or used more than reasonably expected. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by one of the following means:- (0-3kg) Items: We send a returns label with your order; simply package the item and send it with any courier that uses a tracked method. (4-19kg) items: You can arrange to return these yourself or you can contact us for further assistance. If you are not using a returns label or you wish to return a large item we ask that you contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary returns number. This helps us identify your return when we receive it and avoids any delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns and consider insurance for higher value returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your return unless we receive the goods from you. Is your purchase faulty or damaged? We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn?t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
