Mobil Super 3000 X1 Formula FE 5W-30 Oil 5 Litre

Mobil Super 3000 X1 Formula FE 5W-30 is a high performance motor oil designed for use in petrol and diesel engines that are specifically designed to use a low viscosity (HTHS) motor oil. It also meets the requirements of the new Ford WSS-M2C913-C specification. Excellent oxidation stability helps to reduce engine deposits and sludge build-up and to help maintain engine cleanliness. Helps i achieving fuel economy (as per ACEA A5/B5).

Quality Product, Excellent Price Used to replace whatever oil was in my car, along with flushing and the addition of an engine restore product (Ametec) revitalised my noisy lifters, tappets, camshaft back to a pur instead of a tick tick cling cling 12 March 2012

Good Value Oil Bought this oil for my Focus, good value for a named brand. Quality of packaging wasn't as good as it could have been, when you break the seal on the bottle, oil can spash out if you're not careful! 09 March 2011

Bought 5L Mobil Super 3000 Formula FE 5W-30 on 2nd June at your Leicester store believing it to be fully synthetic, which was what I wanted. I now see on your Spec tab it is described as semi synthetic, yet it5 is clearly labelled by Mobil as "Fully Synthetic Motor Oil". What is going on? I wanted a fully synthetic oil for my car and thought this was I had got. Who is right?

this oil was Formerly Mobil Synt S 5W-30. But now the range has been changed to fully synthetic. I believe that the spec sheet is out dated as it clearly is marked fully synthetic on the oil can

Ford has recently re-defined it's standard specification 5w-30 engine oil. It has been uprated from a part synthetic to a fully synthetic grade; Ford part numbers WSS-M2C 913-B & WSS-M2C 913-C respectively.

Castrol and Mobil's ranges have both been updated recently to reflect this. Castrol's Product is still called Magnatec 5w30, while Mobil's is the one you purchased. "Super 3000" on a Mobil oil denotes a fully synthetic grade.

Why does the can say "Fully Synthetic" When it is listed as a "Semi Synthetic" Why does the review say it is a cheap alternative to "Fully Synthetic" I presume the information on this site is incorrect.

You are correct - the site is wrong. Strangely, the picture has recently been changed from the correct picture to the wrong picture. The oil is semi-synthetic.
