Audi A4 Petrol & Diesel Haynes Manual is rated out of 5 by 3.Rated 3 out of 5 by WalterWeight from Doesn't have the info I bought it for Somewhat disappointed, as I bought the book to be able to identify which relay was responsible for the glow plugs on my 2.0TDI. The glow plug section made reference to a relay, but didn't detail where. Looked in the electrical section, and it shows details of the fuse box, and where to find the relays, but no detail whatsoever about which relays are used for what. This was the only reason I bought the book, so very disappointed, but still an book to browse through, and I'm sure it will be useful over the following years.Date published: 2014-10-26Rated 4 out of 5 by edthebrummie from Good value and quality manual as expected from Haynes I have been buying Haynes manuals for years and this one has lived up to the quality and value I have grown to expect from them. The only negative point is I wanted to know how to change the CVT Multitronic Transmission Oil in my A4 Avant and Haynes regard this as a Dealership Only job so no information is given...pity really because I've since found out how to do it and the procedure is not beyond the realms of an experienced DIY mechanic who is prepared to work to exacting standards.Date published: 2014-02-06Rated 4 out of 5 by 141n5 from Maybe its just Haynes Following a set of instructions in this book is not too easy. Simple servicing tasks I found spread out all over the place which made working through the steps problematic as had to keep going from section to section. I know it covers the range from petrol to diesel but the steps for service schedule stuff could have been better presented. Otherwise the language to describe steps it pretty good and only a few times left scratching the head as to decipher what was meant, pictures are a definite help in that regard. I guess I would recommend as it looks to be comprehensive help with many parts of the car.Date published: 2013-02-07
