    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Butt ... to be fair ! I was expecting more from this saddle, it was not as comfy as I was anticipating , perhaps It was the title "gel saddle" that threw me, in my opinion it was not all that gel filled. I bought the saddle to fit to my hired bike for a two week cycling holiday in Vietnam. I knew we would be in the saddle for around 6 hours a day ..... But, or should I say Butt ;-) to be fair I was not that sore even after doing 500k so it must have done some good after all

Before you return your old unit please make sure it's in re-serviceable condition. So if you're returning caliper casings, you'll need to double check they aren't badly damaged or broken. If the part you've sent is found to be unserviceable, we reserve the right not to refund the surcharge.

Please note that if you're returning your old unit to our National Returns Centre then this will be at your own expense.
