one problem very good product i have used it daily with only one problem the box it comes in is no good breaking after the first two weeks the hinges on the box are not up to the job 02 May 2012
Very Impressed This is the first tool set I have bought from Halfords and I have to admit I was very impressed with the quality. The ratchet has a nice sound to it, the kind of sound that give confidence that it isn't going to fall to bits under a bit of pressure. Highly recommended. 10 March 2012
Could be better I bought this socket set when it was on a promotion so it seemed like very good value. When I used it for the first time I found that the 12mm socket was malformed and unusable. I had to go back to Halfords where the friendly staff sorted it out very quickly. After some use I've noticed that the retaining spring in the adaptor that allows the driver bits to be used with the screwdriver handle tends to pop out. This is a bit irritating and it might get lost. 21 February 2012
Great purchase, excellent price recently purchased this handy little socket set. quality is great, with precision in mind. Comes in a rigid compact case for easy storage and identification of the parts. I have used this for many applications, not just maintenance on my car. as with all tools purchased from Halfords, never been disappointed yet 23 January 2012

Lost socket

I bought this excellent socket set 2 weeks ago, but my 2 year old son managed to get hold of it and has lost the 11mm socket!

Is there any way I can order a replacement 11mm socket please?

Solid parts and tools are covered by the lifetime guarantee. Moving parts and mechanisms are not covered by the guarantee.
If there is a manufacturing fault or weakness that causes the tool to fail we will replace it. Natural wear and tear on moving parts such as the ratchet mechanism would not be covered.
